PetsMart has reported that all EDI documents received by them between 11:00am PDT on March 23, 2010 and 8:30am PDT on March 24, 2010 have been lost and must be retransmitted to them.
To retransmit documents from your Merchant outbox, first check the box next to the Customer field at the top of the screen, then select PetsMart to show only PetsMart documents in the list. Then locate and select the documents you wish to resend by clicking on the first document then holding the Shift key down and clicking on the last document. Next, click the Reset Status button to change the status on the selected documents to Pending. Finally, click the Envelope button and proceed as if you were sending out new documents.
If you are using AS2 to communicate with PetsMart, please keep in mind that the actual transmission time may lag the date and time shown in the Merchant outbox depending on the transmission schedule set up in your AS2 software.
