GXS will be conducting a planned maintenance procedure on July 18, 2010 from 0200 GMT - 0600 GMT. GXS will be deploying an important application upgrade designed to improve the performance of your B2B environment. The procedure will require four (4) hours to allow for completion and verification of the maintenance changes.
Access to the following services may not be available during the maintenance window.
This maintenance activity will include implementation, testing and verification requiring up to four (4) hours to complete. GXS engineering team will return service to full operations as quickly as possible. Client notifications will be sent immediately upon completion of maintenance.
This four (4) hour maintenance window will begin at 0200 GMT July 18, 2010 and completed by 0600 GMT July 18, 2010.
If you are a Managed Services or a Trading Grid Messaging Services customer, please note that this maintenance will not affect your ability to access GXS Services. However, it does impact your trading partner community that utilizes Information Exchange.
