GXS Client Notification: Planned Extended Maintenance on September 12, 2010 / ND11-091210-01

-Description-
GXS will be conducting a planned maintenance procedure on September 12, 2010 from 0100 GMT - 0600 GMT. During this extended maintenance, GXS will be deploying important application upgrades designed to ensure maximum stability and performance of our service.
 
-Impacted Services-
From 0100 GMT - 0500 GMT on September 12, 2010, the following global services may not be available:
. Interconnect Data via Information Exchange and IEFE users.
. Data Pool Manager (DPM)
From 0200 GMT - 0600 GMT on September 12, 2010, the following U.S.A. services may not be available:

. Trading Grid Messaging Service (TGMS 11)
. Information Exchange (IEFE)
. Interconnect traffic (delayed)
. Shared Message Gateway (SMG)
. ICS Gateway
. GXSOLC Support Site (https://support.gxsolc.com/signOn.html)
. Trading Grid Online (TGO); TGMS event reporting and administration Shared Message Gateway (SMG)
. Global Product Catalogue (GPC)
. Trading Grid Online (TGO)
 
-Event Duration-
The above maintenance duration times are over-lapped totaling a five (5) hour maintenance. This activity will begin at 0100 GMT September 12, 2010. All services are expected to be restored by 0600 GMT September 12, 2010. A notification will be provided upon completion of the maintenance.
 
-Additional Information-
If you are a Managed Services Customer, please note that this issue does not affect your ability to connect to the GXS Managed Services Platform. It does impact your trading partner community that utilizes the aforementioned services.
