GXS Client Notification: Planned Extended Maintenance / ND10-C126152-01

GXS will be conducting a planned maintenance procedure on June 13, 2010 from 0200 GMT - 0600 GMT. This maintenance will be conducted during the normal U.S. standard TGMS maintenance window (0200 GMT - 0230 GMT on Sundays) and will be extended an additional 3 hours and 30 minutes to 0600 GMT. During the extended maintenance, GXS will be deploying an important application upgrade designed to ensure maximum stability and performance of our B2B environment.  The procedure will require four (4) hours to allow for completion and verification of the maintenance changes.

 

-Impacted Services-

 

The extended maintenance window is from 0200 GMT to 0600 GMT on June 13, 2010.

 

Access to the following services may not be available during the maintenance window.

 

.     Trading Grid Messaging Service (TGMS)

.     Interconnect traffic (delayed)

.     Shared Message Gateway (SMG)

.     ICS Gateway

.     GXSOLC Support Site (https://support.gxsolc.com/signOn.html)

.     Trading Grid Online (TGO); TGMS event reporting and administration Shared Message Gateway (SMG)

 

-Event Duration-

 

This four (4) hour maintenance activity will begin at 0200 GMT June 13, 2010.  All services are expected to be restored by 0600 GMT June 13, 2010.

If you are a Managed Services Customer, please note that this issue does not affect your ability to connect to the GXS Managed Services Platform.  It does impact your trading partner community that utilizes the Trading Grid Messaging Services (TGMS).
