GXS Client Notification: Network Service Disruption

Connectivity Service Disruption

-Description-
At 11:23 AM GMT, GXS Operations Center detected an issue affecting certain telecommunication connections to GXS network services.  As a result of this service disruption, impacted customers may experience slowdowns or an inability to connect to our network via leased or dialup lines.
 
Our service provider is aware of the issue and is working to correct it.  There is currently no estimate for time of resolution.  We will issue this information as soon as it is determined.

The following services are currently unavailable:
 
Network connectivity via leased & dialup lines for European customers

We apologize for any issues this causes you.  We are working to restore service to full operation as soon as possible.
