GXS Client Notification - Planned Network Maintenance Schedule / NTW-020710-04

GXS will be conducting network maintenance upgrades on the following dates:

.    February 7, 2010             from 0300 GMT - 0700 GMT.
.    February 14, 2010           from 0300 GMT - 0700 GMT.
.    February 21, 2010           from 0300 GMT - 0700 GMT.
.    March 14, 2010               from 0200 GMT - 0600 GMT.

Each upgrade is designed to improve service, stability and performance of your B2B environment. Each maintenance upgrade will take four ( 4 ) hours to complete. Upgrades will commence at 0300 GMT and will be completed by 0700 GMT (except as noted on March 14) for each of the above dates.

-Impacted Services-

Some users may experience a brief service disruption with VPN connectivity to GXS services on February 7, 2010 from 0300 GMT - 0700 GMT.  These services include:

.    GXS Trading Grid® Messaging Service
.    GXS Managed Services
.    Information Exchange
.    Global Product Catalogue
.    Data Pool Manager

Further improvements will be implemented on the following dates which do not require service disruption.  During these maintenance periods some users may experience minimal slowdown.

.    February 14, 2010           from 0300 GMT - 0700 GMT.
.    February 21, 2010           from 0300 GMT - 0700 GMT.
.    March 14, 2010               from 0200 GMT - 0600 GMT.
