Please be advised that Sterling’s interconnect to EasyLink’s GMS and ICC.NET EDI Platforms has been experiencing intermittent interruptions. This incident may delay file exchanges with trading partners that are serviced by Sterling. Sterling technicians are working to resolve the issue. EasyLink technicians are available to assist Sterling as needed. If you have further questions regarding this issue or any other issue, please contact Customer Support.
