EasyLink Services Scheduled Maintenance - IBS1607223

EasyLink technicians will be performing maintenance to the ICC.NET EDI platform on August 7, 2011 from 12:00 AM EDT to 4:00 AM EDT (04:00 GMT to 08:00 GMT).
 
During this maintenance window you will not be able to access ICC.NET and message exchanges will be delayed. Customer Support will be available throughout the maintenance period.

It is EasyLink's policy to notify customers when scheduled maintenance may or will impact service availability.

EasyLink technicians are currently troubleshooting the issue. We will notify you immediately upon resolution or provide periodic updates on the status of the service.

EasyLink Services Emergency Maintenance - IBS1406497

On Saturday, February 12, 2011, EasyLink technicians will be performing emergency maintenance to the EDI INT application on the ICC.NET platform. The maintenance is scheduled from 6:00 PM EDT to 7:00 PM EDT. 

During the maintenance, you will experience intermittent interruptions in your ability to access the EDI INT (AS2) application. Technical Support will continue to be available via telephone throughout the maintenance period. It is EasyLink's policy to notify customers when performing scheduled maintenance that may or will impact service availability.

Edisoft names Jaret Caravan as its new Manager, Technical Services

Edisoft is very pleased to announce the appointment of Jaret Caravan to the position of Manager, Technical Services. In this role Jaret will oversee the company's Technical Support, Implementation and Consulting teams.

 

Jaret has been with Edisoft for eleven years, eight of which were spent in various roles within the Technical Services team. For the past three years Jaret has been leading efforts to improve and expand Edisoft’s consulting and special project service offerings. 

 

We are confident that Jaret’s experience within the EDI space will be of great benefit to our valued clients. His combined knowledge of the Edisoft suite of products as well as providing project management and technical solutions will ensure that Edisoft customers experience high levels of customer satisfaction today and well into the future.
